Commisioned by Constantin Film GmbH we filmed the nature shots for this theatrical production over a period of two years.
Description
"Die Zeit" describes our pictures as follows:
The photographs, which follow Peter Wohlleben all the way home, even into the bathtub, are cut in the film against nature shots, which in their aesthetics recall technically elaborate BlueChip natural docs of the BBC like Planet Earth. In time-lapse, the starry sky moves over treetops, seedlings unfold their leaves within seconds, mushroom heads drill through foliage. Drones fly over coniferous forests full of brown-yellow trees that have not coped with the drought and heat of the past summer.
