Andalusia – land between heaven and hell
In the marches of Doñana, huge flocks of migratory birds take a breather on their annual migration.
Description
Lush swamps and forests full of life exist not far from barren desert landscapes. However, when the sparse winter rains fall, the wasteland becomes a sea of flowers for a short time.
The Spanish Royal School of classical horsemanship is located in Andalusia as well as herds of semi-wild horses. Black fighting bulls live life in to its fullest in this country – and end in a meticulously planned execution. Nowhere else are heaven and hell as close to each other as here – in Andalusia. A land of contrasts, not only in nature. In hardly any other region of Europe does religious customs play such a major role. Nowhere else is there such an exuberant celebration.
"Andalusia – Land between Heaven and Hell" is the first German nature doc that is shot in high-resolution HD format. A colorful and vibrant film in cinema quality.
